Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the semiconductor and electronics sectors, understanding their technical and business requirements.
  • Provide expert technical consultations, including product demonstrations, presentations, and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, marketing) to align product development with market demands.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position products effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in Southeast Asia.
  • Address technical inquiries and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Physics, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or field application engineering within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, IC design, or electronic components (e.g., wafers, chips, sensors).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia for client meetings and industry events.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
