Responsibility
- Provide personalized, high-touch consultative services to luxury clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and VIP guests.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert recommendations on luxury products, services, or experiences tailored to each client.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of client requests, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and luxury standards to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Handle sensitive client information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Resolve client concerns or issues proactively and diplomatically, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company at exclusive events, networking functions, and luxury showcases to expand our client base.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury sales, client relations, or hospitality, preferably in a high-end environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse, discerning clients.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a competitive market.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Impeccable grooming, professionalism, and etiquette, aligning with luxury service standards.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Mandarin or French, are a plus).
