Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to acquire new merchants and expand the company's client base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our products/services to prospective merchants.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
