Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in the tourism sector (hotels, resorts, tour operators) through digital channels (email, social media, CRM).
- Present and demonstrate our digital solutions to prospects, highlighting value propositions and ROI.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales strategies based on market trends and feedback.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital tools to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or digital services (1+ years).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital tools (Zoom, LinkedIn, email marketing).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse, international clients.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism market is highly advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and meet tight deadlines.
