Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali and beyond.
- Leverage our appointment-generation system to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies and optimize conversion rates.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
- Represent Aspire Alliance at industry events and networking opportunities in Bali.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings to position our products effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for closing deals and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Experience in appointment-based sales or lead conversion is highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions to drive growth.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to or work remotely from Bali (preference for candidates already in the region).
