Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali and beyond.
  • Leverage our appointment-generation system to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies and optimize conversion rates.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Represent Aspire Alliance at industry events and networking opportunities in Bali.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings to position our products effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for closing deals and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Experience in appointment-based sales or lead conversion is highly preferred.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions to drive growth.
