Responsibility
- Proactively cold-call and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities in the fleet management and telematics sector.
- Identify customer pain points and present tailored Cartrack solutions that address their specific needs, emphasizing ROI and efficiency gains.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting qualified leads into closed deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead lists and optimize outbound campaigns for higher conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Cartrackâs product innovations to deliver compelling pitches.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development (B2B preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Passion for technology and solving business challenges with innovative solutions.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
