Responsibility

  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to design and submit competitive, client-specific solar project proposals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, developers, and government entities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless project execution from proposal to installation.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or engineering sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar energy systems, market dynamics, and commercial viability.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Ability to negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Networking Ability: Adept at building and leveraging professional networks to generate leads and opportunities.
