Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for lubricant products in the Bali region.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B clients, including automotive workshops, industrial manufacturers, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, promotions, and campaigns tailored to the lubricants market.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and after-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Engineering or Chemistry is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lubricants, automotive, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation are advantageous.
