Responsibility
- Manage and optimize sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to streamline workflows and improve performance.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations.
- Implement best practices for sales enablement, training, and partner support.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the onboarding and management of new channel partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, channel management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on process improvement.
- Experience in the CBD or related industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Baliās business environment is advantageous.
