Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to streamline workflows and improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Implement best practices for sales enablement, training, and partner support.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the onboarding and management of new channel partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, channel management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on process improvement.
  • Experience in the CBD or related industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s business environment is advantageous.
