Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agricultural sector, including partnerships with farms, cooperatives, and agribusinesses.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry leaders.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client deliverables.

  • Stay updated on agricultural innovations, technologies, and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role within the agricultural sector.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural markets, supply chains, and industry dynamics in Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
