Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of diverse clients, including local businesses, expatriates, and tourists.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that drive sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s dynamic economy.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client retention and referrals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
