Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals while maximizing profitability for the company.
- Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain trust and loyalty.
- Represent Tavor Perry at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, client relationship management, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to relocate or work on-site in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or nearby areas).
