Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for BYD Material Handling Equipment in the Bali region.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with key decision-makers in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and retail sectors to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations to showcase the benefits of BYD’s electric forklifts and material handling solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, participate in trade shows, and leverage digital channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in material handling and sustainable logistics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in material handling, industrial equipment, logistics, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate the features and benefits of material handling equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Passion for sustainability and interest in green technologies is a strong advantage.
