Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media (TikTok, Instagram), and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Engage with customers through TikTok DMs and support LIVE sales sessions to drive conversions.
- Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure product availability.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions for social media platforms.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, both physically and digitally, to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce (fashion industry experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, for customer engagement and sales.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management and reporting tools.
