In this role, you will spearhead revenue growth, build and nurture key client relationships, and drive market expansion for our diverse portfolio of beloved snack brands. Based in the tropical hub of Canggu, Bali, you’ll lead a motivated sales team while leveraging data-driven insights to outperform targets and capitalize on emerging opportunities in Indonesia’s booming consumer goods sector.

Responsibility

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for the biscuit and snack portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and corporate clients to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in the FMCG sector.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute trade promotions, in-store activations, and digital campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Oversee sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while delivering ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, product development, and finance teams to align sales objectives with operational capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably in the FMCG, food, or beverage industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire sales teams in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the snacks/biscuits market, including distribution channels and consumer trends.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret sales data, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Excellence: Fluent in English with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
