Forte Employment Services is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team in Bali’s most vibrant locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung). As the bridge between our design team and clients, you’ll lead client consultations, uncovering their vision and translating it into tailored, high-impact design concepts. Your ability to build trust, negotiate contracts, and close deals will directly impact your earnings—with a base salary of $3,000–$4,000/month plus uncapped commission. Whether you’re pitching bespoke residential projects, commercial spaces, or luxury hospitality designs, your expertise will shape Bali’s evolving aesthetic landscape.

Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to identify design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Translate client visions into compelling design proposals, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Present and pitch design concepts to clients, addressing objections and securing contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scopes to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Stay updated on Bali’s real estate trends, design innovations, and market demands to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in interior design sales, real estate, or luxury retail (2+ years preferred).
- Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful client consultations and closed deals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Deep understanding of interior design principles, materials, and trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, or CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales and design.
- Familiarity with Bali’s expat community, luxury market, or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
