Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for Tyco security solutions in the Indonesian market.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess security needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer retention rates.
- Provide training and support to junior sales team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in security systems or smart building solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex security technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within Indonesia as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
