Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to promote Medispec’s medical products and solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and usage of our medical products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation to management.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Candidates with a medical or pharmaceutical background are highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical products, healthcare industry regulations, and sales techniques.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (Bali and surrounding areas).
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
