Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to U.S. clients via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Coordinate and process sales orders, verifying details, tracking shipments, and resolving discrepancies to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Manage and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with customer interactions, sales data, and follow-up tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for the U.S. sales team.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and documentation to support sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service efficiency.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a remote or international setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2 proficiency required).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
