Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for park attractions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the local market and tourism trends in Bali.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
