Responsibility
- Sales Forecasting & Planning: Develop and refine accurate sales forecasts using market trends, historical data, and business intelligence to guide inventory and production planning.
- Process Ownership: Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve scalability.
- Route-to-Market (RTM) Strategy: Lead the development and execution of RTM strategies, including distributor selection, territory mapping, and channel management.
- Distributor Program Management: Oversee distributor performance, incentives, and compliance to ensure alignment with corporate goals and market demands.
- Sales Information Systems: Manage CRM and sales analytics tools to provide actionable insights, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align sales operations with broader business objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the sales operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8+ years in sales operations, preferably in the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP), Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of distributor networks, RTM models, and FMCG sales dynamics in Southeast Asia.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
