Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients (residential, commercial, and industrial) to promote solar energy solutions.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess energy needs and recommend tailored solar systems.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting financial savings, ROI, and environmental benefits.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solar solutions and provide accurate quotes.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract signing and post-installation follow-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government incentives, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or renewable energy (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of solar energy benefits.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
