Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic negotiations.
- Present and demonstrate office automation solutions to clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and promotional materials.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Proven communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with office automation products or B2B sales is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta) for client meetings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling objections.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools) are preferred.
