Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to promote medical devices.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to clients to ensure optimal use of medical devices.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related healthcare sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Bali, Indonesia).
- Knowledge of medical devices, healthcare regulations, and industry standards is a plus.
