Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Isabela territory.
- Conduct regular sales calls with physicians, pharmacists, and medical facilities to promote product benefits.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate technical information to healthcare professionals.
- Manage and grow the existing client portfolio through consistent engagement and support.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
- Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales or medical field sales (at least 1-2 years).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across a large territory.
- Excellent command of English and Filipino (Ilocano dialect is a significant advantage).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively within the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- High level of integrity and commitment to professional medical sales ethics.
