Responsibility
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for Nestlé Nutrition products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, pediatricians, and dietitians, through regular visits and engagements.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and scientific discussions to educate HCPs on the benefits and usage of Nestlé’s nutrition portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and address challenges proactively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, including sampling, events, and digital initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ethical sales practices and company policies, including accurate reporting of sales activities and expenses.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and sales reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Participate in product launches and training programs to stay updated on new offerings and industry advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Biology, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare marketing, preferably with a focus on nutrition products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals.
- Deep understanding of medical terminology, clinical nutrition, and the healthcare industry in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Bali) and possess a valid driver’s license.
