Responsibility
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients for SaaS/CRM solutions across Southeast Asia.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tailor pitches to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Attend industry events (virtual or in-person) to expand network.
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven 2+ years in B2B SaaS/tech sales (CRM experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia (preferred).
