Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and usage of Nestle's nutrition products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and ensure brand visibility.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Nestle's products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of nutrition products and the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
