Responsibility
- Process and evaluate loan applications with accuracy, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide end-to-end customer service throughout the loan approval and disbursement process.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio in the enterprise sector.
- Collaborate with underwriting and risk management teams to assess creditworthiness and mitigate financial risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, banks, and financial institutions.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or lending.
- Strong understanding of loan processing, credit analysis, and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
