Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive base business growth and expand market share in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and government agencies to ensure business continuity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and service expansions.
- Conduct market analysis to assess competition, customer needs, and emerging trends, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and territorial metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design customer-centric solutions and promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or territory management, preferably in the water, utilities, or infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (Bali).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
