Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors to generate new solar project leads.
- Develop and present tailored proposals, contracts, and financial models to secure high-value deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the renewable energy sector.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close contracts, ensuring profitability and long-term client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Represent AMD Electrical Contractors Inc at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the renewable energy or electrical contracting industry.
- Proven track record of securing large-scale contracts and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing models, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
