Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent English proficiency; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
