Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
