Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate luxury transportation bookings using the Limo Anywhere platform.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
- Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and special requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Close sales by upselling premium services and packages to enhance client experiences.
- Monitor trip statuses and resolve any operational issues in real-time.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences, and service feedback.
- Collaborate with the US-based team to optimize dispatching and customer service processes.
- Provide weekend coverage to ensure 24/7 support for our luxury transportation services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or dispatching roles, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with booking or dispatching software (e.g., Limo Anywhere) is a plus.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of closing deals and upselling services.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
