Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Design and implement strategic market development plans to expand territory coverage and increase product visibility.
- Optimize sales routes and distribution channels to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve team productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and brand standards across all territories.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and inventory management.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, identify opportunities, and address challenges in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving territory growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
