Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with industry stakeholders, including businesses, associations, and government agencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for industry partners, addressing their needs and facilitating collaboration.
  • Organize and coordinate industry events, workshops, and forums to promote dialogue and partnership.
  • Identify opportunities for industry growth and development, and work with stakeholders to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on industry trends, engagement activities, and outcomes to senior management and government officials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry leaders, government representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of engagement activities with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders and government agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and forums.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
