Based in Bali’s most strategic business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a collaborative, innovation-focused team with access to industry-leading training and resources.
Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC and air treatment market across Bali, targeting commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
- Conduct technical consultations to assess client needs, recommend customized air treatment solutions, and prepare detailed proposals.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, leveraging deep product knowledge to address client concerns and highlight competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate system design, cost estimation, and timely project delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including facility managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in HVAC and air purification systems.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and follow-ups to ensure client retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; a background in HVAC or air treatment is a plus.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in technical sales, preferably in HVAC, industrial equipment, or building automation systems.
- Strong understanding of air treatment technologies, ventilation systems, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; fluency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
