Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to design and execute client-specific entertainment solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic business decisions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including revenue growth and client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the entertainment, media, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Bali’s entertainment market is a plus.
