Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive fintech product adoption across Transsionâs brands in Indonesia.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, payment providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead negotiations and partnerships with Mandarin-speaking clients to expand market reach.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of fintech solutions.
- Monitor sales performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Represent Transsion at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in fintech sales, business development, or financial services.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English; additional Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of digital payment systems, mobile banking, and fintech ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
