Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipment coordination.
- Monitor and improve team performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Resolve client escalations promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in e-commerce fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, e-commerce logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Proven track record of managing key client relationships and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership skills with experience in team management and performance optimization.
