Responsibility
- Develop and execute a territory-specific sales strategy to identify and acquire new end-user accounts in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Conduct market research to uncover business opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and clients to drive long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing Hays’ value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to expand your professional network and promote Hays’ services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention, addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or professional services.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Deep understanding of the Bali business landscape and familiarity with local market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
