Responsibility
- Supervise and lead daily warehouse and terminal operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Plan and allocate resources, equipment, and manpower efficiently to meet daily operational targets.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations within the terminal.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize tracking and reporting.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean logistics methodologies to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in warehouse operations, terminal management, or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and motivating operational teams.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in logistics and transport.
- Effective communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia being highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
