Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor barge loading and unloading operations to ensure timely execution.
- Oversee import receiving processes, verifying documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth terminal operations.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management for review and decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all terminal activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in terminal operations, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
