Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule daily dispatch operations for e-commerce orders.
- Monitor delivery timelines and ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and third-party logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Optimize routes and delivery schedules for efficiency.
- Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams.
- Assist in inventory management and order tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
