Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, or pallets using safe handling techniques.
- Inspect machinery, equipment, and materials for defects or damage before and after use.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by logging movements of goods in warehouse management systems.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and adhering to traffic management rules in the warehouse.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Strong spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shifts or overtime as required.
