Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong client networks in Bali’s construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and RFPs, to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design cost-effective and innovative geotechnical solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and consultants.
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, tender management, or sales within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of winning tenders and securing high-value projects.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali construction market is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
