Responsibility
- Analyze test results and failure data to identify trends and root causes.
- Prepare detailed technical reports documenting findings and recommendations.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective action plans.
- Assist in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement solutions.
- Conduct failure mode analysis and reliability testing as required.
- Maintain accurate records of test data and analysis results.
- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in failure analysis.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in failure analysis, quality control, or a similar technical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methodologies is a plus.
