Responsibility
- Design, install, and maintain electrical systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in compliance with Indonesian and international standards.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections, identify electrical hazards, and implement corrective measures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of electrical permits, blueprints, and compliance reports to local authorities and government agencies.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices, ensuring adherence to best practices, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, perform diagnostics, and execute repairs or upgrades with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate electrical systems into new constructions or renovations.
- Stay updated on the latest electrical codes, technologies, and energy-efficient solutions to recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical work, including schematics, test results, and maintenance logs.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Electrician License (or equivalent certification) recognized in Indonesia or internationally.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and project management, preferably in high-end residential or commercial sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes (PUIL), NEC, or IEC standards, and local compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeters, megohmmeters, circuit tracers) and diagnostic software.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
