Responsibility
- Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of machinery and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, automation, and process improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies related to equipment operation.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery, automation systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of industrial equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
