Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to coordinate specialized repairs and installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems as needed.
- Provide support for facility-related projects, including renovations and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
